Frequently asked questions
when does plushfolio launch?
We're putting the finishing touches on the iOS app now. Join the waitlist and you'll be the first to know — early signups get priority access.
If you're on the list and you've referred 5 friends, you'll have lifetime premium ready and waiting the moment we launch.
how does the scanning work?
Take a photo of your Jellycat alongside its label so we can correctly identify it. Plushfolio returns the name and current market value — that's it for now. More details (retired status, release year, etc.) are on the roadmap.
is plushfolio free?
Plushfolio is free to start with. Premium features unlock advanced collection tools — and lifetime premium is unlocked free if you refer 5 friends from your status page.
how do you calculate market values?
We aggregate live resale data from public marketplaces. Values are estimates for tracking the worth of your collection, not a guarantee of resale price.
Resale markets fluctuate, especially for retired and rare Jellycats — treat the figures as a snapshot rather than a fixed number.
how accurate are the values?
Accuracy depends on how often a particular Jellycat appears in marketplace listings. Popular and recent models tend to have very accurate estimates because there's plenty of data. Rare retired pieces may have a wider range because fewer sales happen.
is my data safe?
Yes. We only collect what's needed to run the app, store it securely, and never sell it.

which devices are supported?
iPhone running iOS 16 or later at launch. Android is on the roadmap once the iOS version is polished.
can I be removed from the waitlist?
Of course. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom — one click removes you. If you'd also like your row deleted from our database, email hello@plushfolio.app and we'll handle it.

How the referral system works
Join the waitlist
Enter your email on the homepage. As soon as you sign up, you'll get a unique referral link and your spot on the waitlist.
Find your link
Your referral link looks like plushfolio.app?ref=abc12345. You'll see it in your welcome email and on the success card on the homepage right after you sign up.
Share with friends
Send your link to other Jellycat collectors — Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, Messages, anywhere. The share button at the bottom of the homepage opens your phone's native share sheet for one-tap sending.
Track your progress
Visit plushfolio.app/status.html?code=YOUR_CODE to see your waitlist position and how many friends have joined using your link. The link is also in your welcome email.
Unlock lifetime premium at 5
When 5 friends sign up using your link, your account is automatically upgraded — you'll get a confirmation email and your status page will show the unlocked badge.
That's lifetime premium, not a trial. Yours forever, the moment we launch.
